About the Journal
Elbayyinah : Jurnal Hukum, Sosial dan Humaniora
The Journal of Law and Humanities is a multidisciplinary academic journal that focuses on interdisciplinary studies integrating normative-legal and humanities approaches in understanding the dynamics of social, cultural, political, and humanitarian issues. The journal aims to serve as a scholarly platform that brings together ideas, critiques, and analyses from academics, researchers, practitioners, and students from diverse scientific backgrounds.
Scope
This journal accepts manuscripts in the form of research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and book reviews covering—but not limited to—the following themes:
- Law: constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, Islamic law, international law, customary law, legal philosophy, law and human rights, law and public policy.
- Humanities: history of thought, cultural studies, literature, philosophy, humanistic linguistics, ethics, aesthetics, and the study of human values.
- Interdisciplinary Studies: intersections of law and culture, law and literature, legal politics, legal discourse in humanistic texts, and the ethical dimensions of legal and social practices.
